CRM and MCC
CRM (Crew Resource Management) and MCC (multi-crew cooperation) is essential training for those working in a multi-crew environment. The training shows the importance of efficient communication in the cockpit and makes the candidate aware of the psychological aspects that can surface in flight. Because the majority of traditional training is done with single-pilot operational focus (CPL/IFR), it becomes crucial to understand the basic principles of multi-crew work before working for an airline company. Cargair offers a program based on the operations of its sister company Max Aviation. The training is given by pilot/instructors experienced in these types of operations.
